Location: Chennai, IndiaExperience: 2–5 YearsStart Date: Immediate joiners preferredAbout the Role:We are seeking a Celonis Consultant who can bridge process insights with business impact. The ideal candidate brings:strong understanding of enterprise processes (P2P, O2C, AP/AR, Finance, Manufacturing, Operations),the ability to interpret process mining outputs, andthe capability to translate findings into actionable recommendations.You will work closely with business stakeholders to uncover inefficiencies, highlight improvement opportunities, and support transformation initiatives using Celonis.This role leans toward functional insight and value analysis, supported by solid analytical and technical familiarity with Celonis.Key Responsibilities:Analyse process data in Celonis to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across business functions.Develop meaningful KPIs, views, and insights that clearly highlight value levers for stakeholders.Engage with business teams to gather requirements, understand process challenges, and shape use cases aligned with transformation priorities.Translate analytical findings into clear, business-centric insights that support decision-making and value realization.Collaborate with technical teams for data integration and modeling to ensure accuracy and scalability of analyses.Prepare structured documentation, presentations, and storyboards summarizing findings and recommended actions.Required Qualifications:3–5 years of experience in process analysis, operations, or transformation, with 2+ years of Celonis exposure.Strong understanding of at least one major business process: P2P, O2C, AP/AR, RTR, Manufacturing, Inventory, Logistics, Customer Ops, etc.Ability to interpret process mining insights and articulate them effectively to non-technical stakeholders.Familiarity with SQL/PQL and Celonis components (Analysis, Views, Action Flows) preferred.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Good to have:Celonis certifications (Analysis / Value Identification / Solution Creation).Exposure to ERP systems: SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, Salesforce.Background in process improvement or operational excellence.
