Academic Programme Manager

**Job Title:** Academic Programme ManagerWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced academic professional to lead our Higher National programmes. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in academic management, teaching, and quality assurance.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the academic and operational delivery of Higher National programmes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Maintain high-quality standards in teaching, learning, and assessment, driving enhancements through monitoring and review.Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure academic quality, including Pearson and relevant professional bodies.Liaise effectively with stakeholders to manage programme staff, including Programme Leaders, Lecturers, Internal Verifiers, and Associate Lecturers.Qualifications and Experience:Master's degree in a relevant subject discipline.Teaching qualification, such as Senior Fellowship (Advance HE) or willingness to work towards within 12 months.Experience in teaching, curriculum development, and quality management in a UK higher education environment.Digital skills in learning, teaching, and assessment.Required Skills:Experience in HE academic programmes' management, preferably in the UK.Demonstrable resilience and excellent management, learning, and teaching skills.Able to communicate complex ideas to a range of groups.Independent and self-managing working styles, with ability to work at pace and scale.Benefits:Excellent opportunities for professional growth and development.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Competitive remuneration package.Others:This is an exciting opportunity to join our academic team and contribute to the success of our Higher National programmes.
