Telecom AI Leadership RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Telecom AI Architect to lead the development of our cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and deploying scalable AI infrastructure using Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, EKS, and automating deployments.We require 15+ years of total experience with at least 10 years in Telecom (4G/5G & IMS) and/or Datacom (Routing, Switching / SD-WAN / Provider Edge).A strong background in Machine Learning Algorithms; Graph Neural Networks, Time-series Forecasting Algorithms (ARIMA, LSTM…) is essential.Expert-level programming skills in Python and proficiency with ML/DL libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn) are necessary.Familiarity with LLM frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face, Crew AI, OpenAI APIs, etc.) is required.Experience in Agentic AI, autonomous multi-agent systems, and RAG pipelines is a significant advantage.You must have a proven track record in building multiple AI/ML solutions for Telecom and Networking use cases.Proven communication skills and ability to mentor cross-functional teams on architecture, use cases, and drive architectural direction of products are essential.A strong understanding of data pipeline design and deployment on GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub) for batch and real-time streaming is required.Experience in dealing with carrier-class data sets of terabyte-scale is necessary.Deploying ML systems on AWS and Databricks is also required.Able to build scalable AI infrastructure using Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, EKS, and automate deployments and ensure high availability with autoscaling and observability.Familiarity with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.) and MLOps frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow) is an advantage.Strong communication skills to translate technical results into business insights are necessary.The ideal candidate will have a passion for AI innovation and a strong desire to make a meaningful impact in the Telecom industry.
