Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Min 5 years of experience in Functional testing of various Flexcube modules- FCUBS, OBCL, ELCM, OBTR, OBTF, etc
Min 5 years of experience in leading a min 10 member Flexcube testing team, managing Large Global complex projects, and ensuring quality standards.

Key responsibilities:
Include overseeing testing processes, defect management, and collaborating with stakeholders.
Candidates should have a minimum of eight years of experience in testing, proficiency in tools like JIRA, and familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Candidate should be proficient with ALM tool.
Experience with DEVOPS and automation tools.
The position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams during late-night shifts, ensuring effective communication and project delivery.

Location- Bangalore
