About the RoleLooking for an experienced L&D Trainer with hands-on experience in training Baristas and store-level teams.ResponsibilitiesDesign & deliver training for onboarding, F&B operations, customer service, and leadership.Drive café-specific initiatives to uplift service quality, hygiene, and safety.Evaluate training effectiveness and ensure ROI.Collaborate with HR & operations teams to roll out impactful programs.Qualifications 3–7 years of experience in L&D and F&B operations (coffee/QSR brand experience).Required Skills Proficiency in LMS/e-learning tools & reporting (Excel/Power BI). Strong understanding of F&B operations, coffee preparation, and safety standards. Excellent facilitation and communication skills. Proficiency in Kannada language is a must. Location: Rest of Karnataka & KeralaPreferred SkillsWe are seeking professionals who already have experience working in the coffee industry.
