This leadership position demands a blend of technical acumen, project management expertise, and a profound understanding of evolving threat landscapes.Key Responsibilities Lead a high-performing team of penetration testers across diverse security domains including Web, Network, Cloud, API, and Mobile security. Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex penetration testing projects, encompassing scoping, execution, reporting, and debriefs. Ensure the accuracy and validity of technical findings, exploitation strategies, and recommendations submitted by the team.RequirementsIn order to succeed in this role, you will need to possess BIG 4 experience, proven expertise in penetration testing, and a track record of leading and mentoring pentesting teams.Essential Skills Develop and standardize internal testing methodologies, frameworks, and custom tools. Foster a culture of high performance and continuous growth within the team.
