Job Title: Content SpecialistAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced content specialist to join our team.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate AI model outputs in Telegu and identify areas for improvement.Flag toxic, harmful or hate-based content, including subtle or context-dependent cases, to ensure consistency and accuracy.Compare model responses and provide performance assessments based on predefined criteria, highlighting strengths and weaknesses.Classify the type and severity of toxicity, e.g. hate speech, harassment, abusive language, and provide brief explanations where required.Ensure adherence to project guidelines and maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.RequirementsProficient in English and Telegu, with excellent linguistic evaluation skills.Minimum 1 year of experience in content writing, content moderation, linguistic evaluation or a similar domain.Strong understanding of cultural nuances, slang and context-dependent expressions, with ability to identify toxicity in both native script and transliterated formats.Good analytical and evaluative skills, with prior experience in content moderation, linguistic evaluation or data annotation a plus.Minimum of a bachelor's degree in any field, i.e. Humanities, Linguistics, Mass Communication or related disciplines.
