Lead Digital Creative ProductionYour primary responsibilities will include:End-to-end digital asset production including static and rich-media banners, HTML5 creatives, dynamic emails, landing pages, microsites, UI/UX prototypes, and motion graphics.Partner with global teams to translate creative ideas into scalable, high-quality digital deliverables.Champion craft excellence, platform compliance, and performance-driven creativity.We're looking for a skilled professional to oversee the entire production process, from concept to delivery. You will work closely with our global teams to bring creative ideas to life. Required Skills and QualificationsYou'll need to have:A minimum of 15 years of experience in digital creative production, preferably in a global advertising or digital-marketing network environment.Expertise across HTML5 banners, motion graphics, UI/UX, responsive web, email design/development, and digital campaign deployment.Hands-on experience in creative automation workflows (Figma plugins, Adobe scripts, API-driven production, or similar).Working knowledge of AI tools and creative automation platforms for design, content, and motion generation.Proven success in leading digital or hybrid creative teams across global markets.You should be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of production metrics, workflow governance, and delivery automation.
