Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of innovative AI projects. The ideal candidate will bring 6-8 years of project management experience, with expertise in agile methodologies and a focus on processes and automation.The successful applicant will be responsible for managing AI-driven solutions for enterprise automation, including agentic AI for decision-making workflows, and will be enhanced by experience in tools like Automation Anywhere, Appian, or UiPath.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the entire project lifecycle for AI implementations, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and optimization.Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and retrospectives to manage iterative development of AI agents and automated processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define workflows, integrate models, and automate complex business processes.Identify and mitigate risks in AI project delivery, ensuring ethical practices, data governance, and scalability in systems that perform autonomous tasks.Manage stakeholder communications, providing updates on project progress, AI performance metrics, and ROI from initiatives.Drive adoption of agentic AI for process automation, customizing solutions to enhance efficiency in areas like financial services, enterprise integrations, and compliance workflows.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or a related field; certifications like PMP, CSM, or AI-specific credentials are preferred.6-8 years of project management experience in technical domains, with demonstrated end-to-end leadership of complex projects involving software or AI implementations.Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) with hands-on experience leading agile teams through dynamic environments.Solid knowledge of AI fundamentals, including agentic concepts for autonomous decision-making and process orchestration.Strong analytical and communication skills to bridge technical details with business needs, including experience with cloud platforms.Familiarity with project management software and collaboration tools; ability to handle international teams and remote coordination.BenefitsCompetitive compensation package, flexible hybrid/remote options, opportunities for growth in AI certifications and professional development, and a supportive environment dedicated to advancing innovations.
