We are seeking an E-Commerce Merchandiser to propel our online business forward. This pivotal role demands ownership, coordination and sharp decision making.This E-Commerce Merchandiser will serve as a liaison between designers, clients, and our e-commerce platform. Responsibilities include:Designer Partnerships & Onboarding: Spearhead designer onboarding end-to-end, foster strong relationships with designers and their teams, and ensure alignment between designer aesthetics and our brand positioning.MERCHANDISING & INVENTORY STRATEGY: Negotiate discounts and exclusives, analyze product performance across online channels and stores, and create seasonal and yearly calendars.EXECUTION & OPERATIONS: Ensure collections go live on time with complete product information and accuracy, troubleshoot gaps, delays or issues with content, warehouse and Sales team, and monitor client orders and alterations.INTERNAL COLLABORATION & PROBLEM SOLVING: Collaborate cross-functionally with e-commerce, design, marketing and retail teams, solve problems proactively, maintain clear documentation, follow-ups and structured ownership, and keep the system organized.Ideal candidate has 1 to 5 years experience in e-commerce, fashion buying, merchandising or luxury retail, strong communication and relationship management skills, proficiency with Google Sheets, and problem-solving abilities.
