Senior Software Engineer - Data Integration SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to lead our team in developing innovative software solutions that integrate with various data platforms.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack engineering, with expertise in designing and building web applications, APIs, and data pipelines. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop scalable software solutions that meet those requirements.Responsibilities:Design and implement data integration solutions using modern technologies such as Node.js, Python, and Azure/AWS.Develop and maintain high-quality code, following industry best practices and ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.Collaborate with product managers and data engineers to understand business requirements and design data models that support both product workflows and analytics.Work with the DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and monitoring of software solutions, utilizing tools like Terraform and CloudFormation for infrastructure provisioning and automation.Contribute to testing and quality assurance processes, writing unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure robustness and reliability.Communicate effectively with stakeholders through clear documentation, regular updates, and presentations.Requirements:5+ years of experience in full-stack engineering, with a focus on backend development (e.g., Node.js, Python) and cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure, AWS).Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT concepts, with experience integrating with data pipelines or warehouses.Familiarity with RESTful API design, authentication mechanisms (OAuth2/OIDC/JWT), and rate limiting strategies.Proficiency in SQL (query tuning, indexing, query plans) and RDBMS fundamentals (e.g., Postgres, SQL Server, MySQL).Experience with CI/CD pipelines, IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively in agile environments.Familiarity with AI coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) and willingness to use them effectively while exercising judgment and writing own tests.Benefits:Flexible schedule with overlap for key meetings across time zones.Competitive compensation based on experience.Opportunities for growth and professional development in a dynamic environment.How to Apply:Share your resume/CV highlighting full-stack work, SDK or library work, and any notable data/analytics or DevOps/IaC experience.Briefly describe a recent feature, SDK, or system you shipped: requirements, your role, tech stack, validation/tests, deployment/ops, outcome.Provide links to code samples or design docs (if available and shareable).
