Job Title:SAP P2P Retail ConsultantJob Description:The ideal candidate will have 3–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM/P2P configuration and support.Configure and manage procurement modules including Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Goods Receipt, Invoice Verification, and Vendor Payments.Ensure seamless integration between MM and FICO modules for GR/IR, invoice posting, and payment reconciliation.Work with business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices for procurement automation.Support Sourcing, Vendor Master, and Pricing configurations and troubleshoot operational issues.Participate in blueprinting, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, and post-go-live activities.Coordinate with onshore teams and US stakeholders for deployment and support deliverables.Prepare and maintain functional specifications, test scripts, and process documentation.Propose continuous improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and compliance with company policies.Required Skills and Qualifications:The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in the Procure-to-Pay cycle — from requisition creation to vendor payment.The following skills and qualifications are required:Hands-on experience in SAP MM/P2P configuration and support.Strong knowledge of procurement modules including Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Goods Receipt, Invoice Verification, and Vendor Payments.Ability to ensure seamless integration between MM and FICO modules for GR/IR, invoice posting, and payment reconciliation.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work with business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices for procurement automation.Experience with sourcing, vendor master, and pricing configurations.Ability to participate in blueprinting, configuration, testing, cutover, and post-go-live activities.Knowledge of onshore teams and US stakeholders' requirements.Ability to prepare and maintain functional specifications, test scripts, and process documentation.Continuous improvement skills to enhance procurement efficiency and compliance with company policies.Benefits:This role offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.Others:Applicants must be eligible to work in the US.
