Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer CandidateWe are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our AI/ML department, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.About the Role:The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals, including supervised and unsupervised learning, model evaluation, and bias/variance tradeoffs. You should also have hands-on experience with Python and common ML libraries such as NumPy, pandas, and scikit-learn.Responsibilities:Clean, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured healthcare datasets.Contribute to prompt engineering and evaluation workflows for LLM-based systems.Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into product workflows.Document experiments, metrics, and learnings, as well as take end-to-end ownership of small ML research or data tasks.Requirements:To be considered for this role, you must have:Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.A strong understanding of machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, model evaluation, and bias/variance tradeoffs.The ability to run experiments and analyze results.Comfort working with Git and following basic workflows.Curiosity, initiative, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.What We Offer:We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, opportunities for growth and professional development, and a competitive compensation package.
