We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist with 2-3 years of experience in handling social media platforms, managing paid advertising campaigns, and driving digital engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies for both Digital Doctor Clinic and OBDU Pharmacy. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and enhancing online engagement across various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Social Media Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for Digital Doctor Clinic and OBDU Pharmacy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content that aligns with brand voice, objectives, and audience preferences.
- Monitor, track, and analyze social media performance to optimize campaigns and improve engagement.
- Engage with online communities, respond to inquiries, and foster brand loyalty.
- Paid Advertising Campaigns:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) for both subsidiaries.
- Conduct A/B testing and other performance metrics to ensure ads are reaching the right audience and driving ROI.
- Develop strategies to optimize customer acquisition and conversion rates through digital ads.
- Monitor ad spend, analyze campaign performance, and generate regular reports for management.
- Content Creation and Strategy:
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content for websites, blogs, email newsletters, and social media.
- Optimize content for SEO and user engagement, ensuring all digital content is aligned with healthcare industry standards and regulations.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, particularly in the healthcare sector.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI) for all digital marketing activities.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management to enhance digital marketing efforts.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and product, to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate with external agencies or partners as necessary to improve digital marketing performance.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media management and running paid advertising campaigns.
- Proven track record of running successful campaigns on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and Google Ads.
- Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing, digital advertising, SEO, and analytics tools.
- Proficient in creating and managing paid media campaigns, analyzing results, and optimizing for better performance.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content that aligns with brand voice and objectives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Hootsuite, or other relevant digital marketing platforms.
- Education:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Creative and results-driven with a passion for digital marketing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledgeable about current trends and best practices in digital marketing, especially in the healthcare space.
