We’re combining modern software and generative AI to empower providers and patients with tools that improve outcomes and reduce friction at scale.What You’ll DoAs our Frontend-leaning Full Stack Developer, you’ll play a core role in shaping the experience of both clinicians and patients. You’ll drive web and mobile product development using React and React Native, while also contributing to backend services and AI-powered features.Create intuitive and delightful web and mobile products for clinicians and patients using React, Next.js, and React Native applications from scratchIntegrate custom generative AI features into user-facing productsContribute to backend development and APIs when neededShape our frontend architecture, best practices, and developer experienceInfluence the engineering culture and help set the technical roadmapWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, is passionate about building amazing user experiences, and is excited to work across the stack when needed.Must-havesStrong proficiency in React, Next.js, and React NativeExperience building high-performance web and mobile apps end-to-endHands-on experience with streaming use cases (e.g. real-time data, audio/video, or live updates)Strong product sense and a passion for beautiful, intuitive UI/UXPreferredGood understanding of backend concepts, ideally with Java and PostgreSQLFamiliarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)Experience building AI-native applicationsExposure to genAI orchestration, evaluation frameworks, or RAG pipelinesFamiliarity with tools like Whisper, LangChain, or LLM hosting (SageMaker, Vertex AI)Experience in transcription, medical documentation, or clinical workflowsWhy Join UsReal-world impact: your work will directly improve access to hearing careFast-moving team: work closely with seasoned founders and advisorsMission-driven: we’re here to help people hear again, with good software as the industry's connective tissue.If you believe this is the right role for you, reach out.
