Job OverviewAs a seasoned project leader, you will oversee the end-to-end management of construction projects, encompassing planning, monitoring, and coordination of multiple disciplines.Develop and maintain integrated schedules using industry-standard software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Projects.Responsible for planning and monitoring functional schedules with a focus on sequencing, durations, dependencies, constraints, and resource allocation.Analyze project schedules to identify potential delays and develop strategies to mitigate them.Facilitate discussions with contractors to review progress, understand concerns, and develop mitigation actions.Cultivate effective inter-disciplinary and inter-functional coordination among engineering, procurement, and construction teams.Support the alignment of contractual terms with project objectives.Monitor contractor performance and provide regular stakeholder updates through data-driven reports and key action items.Key Qualifications:Strong project scheduling and monitoring skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze complex project data and develop effective solutions.Experience working with contractors and vendors.Proficiency in MS Office and/or Primavera P6/MS Project.Benefits:This role offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
