Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to lead and drive Truww Interiors' marketing efforts. This role requires an innovative thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of marketing strategies, and the ability to manage multiple channels to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and engage our target audience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

Identify and target key customer segments, understanding their needs and behaviors within the interior design industry.

Drive the execution of seasonal and long-term marketing campaigns, optimizing for maximum reach and impact.

  • Brand Management & Awareness:

Oversee the Truww Interiors brand, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and channels.

Create and execute branding campaigns to position Truww Interiors as a leader in the interior design space.

Manage content creation for marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies, websites, and social media.

  • Digital Marketing:

Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media marketing, email campaigns, SEO, SEM, and paid media.

Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually compelling and effective digital content.

Manage the company’s website and ensure it is regularly updated, SEO-optimized, and user-friendly.

  • Lead Generation & Sales Support:

Develop strategies to generate quality leads through digital and traditional marketing channels.

Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, improving lead conversion rates.

Monitor and track campaign performance, reporting key metrics to adjust strategies as needed.

  • Market Research & Trend Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.

Use insights from research to inform and adjust marketing strategies for better targeting and impact.

  • Budget & Resource Management:

Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring all initiatives are cost-effective and deliver measurable results.

Allocate resources effectively across multiple marketing channels to ensure maximum ROI.


Qualifications:

Experience: 4-6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in interior design, home décor, or related industries.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).

Proven track record in content marketing, SEO, SEM, and lead generation.

Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.

Ability to manage projects from start to finish and work cross-functionally with different teams.

Creative thinking with attention to detail and an eye for design.

Other: Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt strategies based on performance data.
