Job Summary:


We are seeking a skilled MuleSoft Administrator with in-depth experience in managing and supporting MuleSoft Runtime Fabric (RTF) Appliance, RTF on OpenShift, CloudHub, and handling the certificate renewal process. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of the MuleSoft platform, assist with architecture needs, and provide proactive support for deployments, scaling, and security management.


Key Responsibilities:

• MuleSoft RTF Appliance Administration:

o Manage and monitor MuleSoft RTF on-premise appliance deployments.

o Perform configuration, scaling, and optimization of RTF appliances for optimal performance.

o Troubleshoot issues related to MuleSoft RTF appliance clusters and manage lifecycle operations.

• RTF on OpenShift Management:

o Administer MuleSoft Runtime Fabric deployed on Red Hat OpenShift.

o Oversee containerized environments, ensuring proper orchestration, scaling, and resilience in the OpenShift cluster.

o Manage system upgrades, patches, and security for RTF on OpenShift.

• CloudHub Administration:

o Handle MuleSoft CloudHub administrative tasks, including VPC configuration, VPN setup, monitoring, and logging.

o Ensure the smooth operation of CloudHub applications by managing scaling, deployment, and resource optimization.

o Provide continuous support for MuleSoft CloudHub integrations, including managing workers, cloud resources, and SLA adherence.

• Certificate Renewal Process:

o Manage and oversee the timely renewal of SSL/TLS certificates for CloudHub and RTF environments.

o Collaborate with the security team to ensure proper encryption and secure communication for MuleSoft environments.

o Ensure compliance with organizational policies regarding certificate management and security standards.

• Platform Monitoring and Support:

o Monitor and resolve MuleSoft platform issues, ensuring high availability and performance of integration services.

o Utilize monitoring tools and services to detect and troubleshoot potential system bottlenecks and failures.

o Provide ongoing maintenance, patches, and upgrades for MuleSoft environments.

• Documentation and Best Practices:

o Develop and maintain detailed system documentation for RTF, OpenShift, and CloudHub environments.

o Establish and implement best practices for MuleSoft deployment, monitoring, and security.


Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience with MuleSoft Runtime Fabric (RTF), including on Appliance and OpenShift platforms.

• Strong working knowledge of MuleSoft CloudHub administration.

• Experience in SSL/TLS certificate renewal and managementprocesses.

• Hands-on experience with containerized platforms, including Dockerand Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with Red Hat OpenShift administration and orchestration.

• Solid understanding of integration architecture, APIs, and MuleSoft Anypoint Platform components.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a focus on high availability and system uptime.


Preferred Qualifications:

• MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect or MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect is a plus.

• Experience with network security and encryption standards in enterprise IT environments.

• Experience working in Agile environments and supporting CI/CD pipelines for MuleSoft deployments.

• Knowledge of ITIL practices for incident and change management.
