Lead Java Full Stack Developer (8–10 Years Experience)Position: Lead Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead Openings: 1 Location: Remote/Hybrid/On-site Employment Type: Full-time / ContractNotice Period:Must be 30 days or lessAbout the RoleMystiquex is looking for a strong Technical Lead who can lead architecture, development, and delivery of large-scale enterprise solutions. The candidate will guide a team of developers and collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead a team of developers across backend, frontend, and DevOps.Own the architecture, design, and delivery of complex full-stack systems.Provide technical leadership and set coding standards.Work on Java 17, Spring Boot, Microservices, distributed systems.Oversee frontend architecture built on Angular/React.Drive technical roadmap, design reviews, and architecture discussions.Coordinate with product owners, QA, DevOps, and business teams.Ensure the best development practices (CI/CD, code quality, security).Troubleshoot high-impact production issues and guide RCA.Required SkillsTechnical Expertise:8–10 years of full-stack engineering with strong hands-on skills.Expertise in Java 11/17, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud.Strong experience in microservices, API gateway, service mesh.Solid frontend architecture experience with Angular/React.Strong understanding of cloud-native applications (AWS/GCP/Azure).Architecture & Leadership:Experience in designing scalable, high-availability solutions.Ability to break down complex problems and guide the team.Strong understanding of DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.Excellent code review, mentoring, and team leadership skills.Database:Strong hands-on with SQL + NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).Soft SkillsStrong communication, stakeholder management.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Strategic thinking with execution ownership.Good to HaveExperience working with event-driven systems (Kafka).Experience with micro-frontend architecture.Domain knowledge in FinTech, SAAS, Healthcare, or E-commerce.
