Business Growth SpecialistWe are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Specialist to drive revenue expansion through strategic partnerships and customer engagement.Job Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in designated markets.Drive the entire sales cycle: lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets and key performance indicators.Establish and maintain strong client relationships with multi-level decision-makers.Determine client needs and recommend tailored solutions and services.Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful customer onboarding.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to effectively position our cloud services.Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting in CRM system.Required Qualifications and Experience:7-10 years of experience selling software solutions and services to enterprise customers.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or relevant field.Familiarity with solution selling techniques and strong account management skills.Certifications in relevant cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Passion for sales and continuous learning of new technologies.Ability to communicate and influence people at all levels within an organization.Strong industry network and existing relationships with C-level contacts.Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, and collaborative environment.Capacity to organize and prioritize work independently with minimal supervision.Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.Possess high degree of self-motivation, initiative, integrity, discipline, and commitment.Highly adaptable, process-oriented, result-driven, quick learner, and team player.Areas of Expertise:New Business Development, B2B Sales, Solution Selling, Revenue Generation, Account Management, Relationship Management, Planning & Forecasting, Prospecting, Demand Generation, Pipeline Management, Negotiation & ClosingSolution Knowledge: Compute, Storage, Networking, Databases, DevOps & CI/CD Services, AI/ML Services, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS models; Public, Private, Hybrid, and multi-cloud; OPEX vs CAPEX cost model, Partner ecosystems (ISVs, MSPs, SaaS integrations)
