This role involves strategizing to find cost-effective deals, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring that all IT purchases align with business goals and budget constraints.Key ResponsibilitieAnalyze organizational software needs and collaborate with internal teams and external vendorsResearch and evaluate potential vendors and suppliersNegotiate contracts and pricing to secure favorable termsProcure and manage IT-related software productsMaintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and invoicesTrack and process software renewals and manage subscriptionsResolve supplier issues, disputes and invoicing concernsDevelop and implement procurement strategies and cost-saving initiatives.QualificationBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, IT, or related field is preferred (or 5+ years’ experience in a similar role)Proven experience in IT procurement, vendor management, or sourcingStrong negotiation and analytical skillsExcellent communication and organizational skillsKnowledge of software and servicesPreferred SkillStrategic thinking and decision-makingSelf-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work cross-functionally with IT, finance, and operationsUnderstanding of procurement laws and compliance standardsExperience working in ServiceNow (SAM) is a plus
