Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Data Support Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for data-related issues, ensuring high system stability through proactive monitoring and root-cause analysis.Required Skills and QualificationsStrong expertise in SQL, Python, ETL/ELT pipelines, and cloud technologies such as Azure, Databricks, PySpark, ADF, ADLS, Azure Workbooks, KQL, and Grafana.Experience working with ticketing tools like ServiceNow or JIRA is required.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport escalation point for issues with data ingestion, consumption, pipelines.Monitor data pipeline health to ensure stability and uptime.Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues to identify and document long-term fixes.Support data quality checks, identify issues, and recommend corrective actions.Troubleshoot complex technical problems and prioritize multiple support requests.Interact with both business and technical teams.Ideal Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will possess 8+ years of experience in data support, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. They should be proficient in at least one programming language, have knowledge of database management systems, and experience working with cloud-based technologies.
