The role of Finance Manager is a vital component in the success of any organization. In this capacity, you will be responsible for leading financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance across all aspects of the business.About the PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager who can work closely with senior leadership to drive strong financial governance, optimize performance, and inform strategic decision-making through data analysis.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and budgets that align with organizational objectives.Evaluate and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.Prepare regular management reports, including variance analyses and insights, to facilitate informed decision-making.Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, invoicing, and reconciliation activities to ensure timely and accurate financial processing.Coordinate financial audits, tax filings, regulatory submissions, and compliance efforts to maintain good standing with relevant jurisdictions.Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case development to drive growth and profitability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to monitor performance, optimize financial efficiency, and identify opportunities for improvement.Analyze cost structures, pricing strategies, and profitability across programs to inform informed decisions.Implement financial systems, dashboards, and automation to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent preferred.Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.Strong command of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance.Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel/financial modeling skills.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.BenefitsOpportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the organization's growth and success.Professional development and growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company.A competitive salary and benefits package.
