Job Title: DFT Design EngineerAbout the Role:We are seeking a skilled DFT Design Engineer to develop and implement DFT architecture and methodologies for ASIC/SOC designs.The successful candidate will design, test, and verify scan chains, ATPG, and scan stitching for high-quality product delivery.This role involves implementing MBIST/logic BIST using industry-standard tools and flows, as well as collaborating with RTL, synthesis, and physical design teams for DFT compliance.You will perform fault simulations, coverage analysis, and debug test pattern issues, and support silicon bring-up, ATE test development, and yield enhancement.Frequent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential in this role.DFT Design Engineers play a critical part in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.Key responsibilities include designing and implementing DFT architectures, creating and validating test patterns (ATPG), and performing fault simulations and coverage analysis.Deliverables include final test models and documentation for production testing.Requirements:Strong understanding of DFT principles and practices.Proficiency in DFT design tools and methodologies.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.Benefits:Opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects.Professional growth and development opportunities.Competitive salary and benefits package.What We Offer:A dynamic and collaborative work environment.The chance to contribute to the development of innovative products.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.How to Apply:Please submit your resume and cover letter to us.
