Job Title: Regional Operations ExecutiveThe Regional Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a designated region, ensuring efficient management of resources and adherence to company policies.This role requires strong leadership and analytical skills to drive revenue growth, manage expenses, and improve operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Manage regional profit center, achieve revenue and profit targetsMonitor overheads, maintain expenses within budgeted limitsPeople & Performance Management:Lead, motivate regional employees; monitor and review individual performance regularlyControl attrition by creating a motivational environment through training, development, and engagement activitiesSales & Business Development:Develop strategies to generate topline growth across sundry, FTL (Paid & To-Pay), and contractual businessesBuild strong relationships with corporate clients, develop new business opportunitiesUnderstand market trends, create strategic plans for sales and operational growthOperational Excellence:Ensure efficient sundry and FTL operations within approved budgetsMaintain high service efficiency while adhering to booking, dispatch, and delivery normsManage HUB operations, vendor performance, introduce innovative methods for safe and timely deliveryFinancial & Credit Control:Manage receivables in line with company policy, control credit flow within the regionAnalyze regional expenses, implement cost-control measuresOversee document flow from branches to field accounts, ensure accurate bank reconciliations, participate actively in branch auditsCustomer Relationship Management:Maintain effective communication channels with key customers, understand requirements, coordinate with internal teamsEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through timely response and issue resolutionAdministration & Compliance:Oversee overall administration of the region, ensure adherence to company SOPs, policies, and compliance requirementsRequired Skills:Strong leadership and team management skillsStrategic planning and analytical abilityExcellent market knowledge and business acumenEffective communication and negotiation skillsFinancial and operational control expertiseCustomer-focused mindset with problem-solving orientation
