Looking to grow your career in recruitment with a role that offers fantastic exposure and learning opportunities?Join our team as UK IT Recruiter.Role: Recruiter - Global Talent Acquisition Group – UK Location: Chennai (Thoraipakkam)Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days work from officeShift: 9 hours between 12 PM to 11 PMJob Type: Contract (Third Party Payroll)Responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and internal database.Schedule interviews and assess candidates to ensure a strong cultural and skill fit.Manage end-the-end recruitment process; including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation.Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.Stay updated on market trends and best practices in recruitment.Promote TCS as an employer of choice by engaging in employer branding activities.Facilitate a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.Continuously evaluate recruitment processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.Provide industry-best candidate experience.Demonstrate empathy, active listening, and professionalism in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.Be open to support recruitment efforts for other geographies as required.Key Skills/Experience Required:Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the UK market.Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations in the UK.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.Proficiency in MS Excel.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Willingness to work in UK shift.Flexible and responsive to evolving business ness and changing priorities.
