Job Title:Senior Quantitative TraderWe are seeking a skilled Senior Quantitative Trader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a cutting-edge trading system focused on SPX and ES 0DTE/1DTE. Our goal is to systematically capture intraday option moves by combining deep technical analysis, multi-LLM architecture, real-time commercial-grade data, cross-asset awareness, and automated execution.Key Responsibilities:1. Design and implement a multi-LLM strategy engine that combines proposal and critique workflows with deterministic risk rules as guardrails.2. Develop Technical Analysis-based signals using multi-timeframe trend/momentum indicators, volatility/range tools, and market structure.3. Implement multiple entries and exits with predefined technical/volatility levels, layered profit targets, and stop levels to improve average prices.4. Build a risk engine to set daily Max Loss and Max Profit as a % of portfolio, control max exposure, and support user-selectable bias and profiles.Requirements:1. Strong practical Technical Analysis skills and 4+ years in quantitative/algo trading or systematic options/futures development.2. Hands-on experience with automated trading systems using real-time data, options and/or futures trading, and intraday or short-dated strategies.3. Solid understanding of options greeks, IV, skew, and term structure, ES and SPX microstructure, and risk management.4. Familiarity with LLMs, APIs, and infrastructure, including broker APIs, real-time data feeds, and strong engineering practices.
