Job Description Software Engineer, Pune About the Role We're looking for a skilled and forward-thinking DevOps Engineer to enhance our application delivery and infrastructure automation ecosystem. You'll work across Python, Java, , Angular, frontend libraries, and third-party integrations, leveraging modern DevOps practices along with GenAI-enabled tools to drive speed, efficiency, and security. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys automation, cloud-native technologies, and using AI copilots and GenAI platforms to enhance DevOps workflows. Responsibilities Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions. Deploy, scale, and operate workloads on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). Manage Kubernetes deployments with Helm Charts and enable auto-scaling using KEDA. Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform. Support multi-stack delivery (Python, Java, , Angular, modern frontend libraries). Integrate and automate third-party services securely. Implement observability, monitoring, and alerting for reliable operations. Integrate security best practices with automated vulnerability scanning, image scanning, and secrets management. Use GenAI-enabled DevOps tools (e.g., copilots, AI assistants, intelligent alerting or runbook automation) to accelerate delivery and troubleshooting. Contribute to DevOps standards and automation strategy.  Qualifications3–4 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE. Strong knowledge of GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm Charts, KEDA. Proficiency with Terraform for IaC. Experience supporting Python, Java, , Angular applications. Familiarity with security tooling (SAST, DAST, image scanning, secret management). Exposure to or hands-on with GenAI-enabled tools for DevOps automation (e.g., AI copilots, intelligent monitoring assistants, workflow automation bots). Good scripting skills (Bash, Python, or equivalent). Nice to Have Familiarity with AIOps or GenAI observability platforms. Knowledge of API gateways, service mesh, serverless components. Experience with frontend build automation and release processes. Cost optimization and performance tuning in cloud environments. What We Value Enthusiasm to learn and adopt new technologies quickly, including GenAI tools. Strong automation-first and security-focused mindset. Proactive problem solving and ownership. Passion for building efficient and scalable delivery platforms.  Additional Information Our BenefitsFlexible working environmentVolunteer time offLinkedIn LearningEmployee-Assistance-Program (EAP)About NIQNIQ is the world's leading consumer intelligence company, delivering the most complete understanding of consumer buying behavior and revealing new pathways to growth.
