We're building a tech-native construction marketplace from the ground up — powered by our own Order Management System (OMS), website, and mobile app — to make sourcing construction materials fast, transparent, and just a click away.Kyzo is your one-stop digital platform for all construction material needs — simplifying procurement for contractors, builders, and enterprises across India.Position OverviewWe're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with deep expertise in Google Ads to take ownership of our paid acquisition strategy. This role is tailor-made for someone who thrives on data, experimentation, and ROI-driven marketing someone who can translate budgets into measurable growth and optimize every click for performance.Key Responsibilities1. Google Ads & Paid Media Execution● Plan, execute, and manage high-performing campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, andPerformance Max.● Develop keyword strategies and ad structures that maximize reach and conversion efficiency.● Continuously optimize campaigns for CPC, CTR, ROAS, and lead quality.● Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.● Implement precise conversion tracking and analytics through Google Tag Manager and GA4.2. Budget Planning & Optimization● Own the end-to-end media budget — planning, allocation, pacing, and ROI optimization.● Forecast performance outcomes and provide data-backed recommendations to leadership.● Identify high-performing channels and reallocate spend for maximum impact.● Ensure efficient cost per lead (CPL) and continuous improvement in return on ad spend (ROAS)3. Strategy, Insights & Reporting● Build and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals.● Analyze campaign metrics and customer journeys to identify growth opportunities.● Collaborate with the design and tech teams to improve landing page performance and ad relevance.● Prepare weekly and monthly reports with clear insights, learnings, and next steps.Required Expertise● 3+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads campaign management (mandatory)● Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and performance metrics● Experience with Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager● Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis● Strong communication and collaboration skills● Experience in lead generation and B2B campaign structures (bonus if in construction, manufacturing, orindustrial sectors).Good to Have● Experience with Meta Ads, Ads, or programmatic platforms.● Exposure to CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, LeadSquared) and marketing automation workflows.● Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and remarketing campaigns.Why Join Kyzo● Be part of a team transforming how India builds.● Full ownership of performance marketing in a fast-scaling tech startup.● A culture of autonomy, innovation, and first-principles thinking.● Be part of a team transforming how India builds.● Full ownership of performance marketing in a fast-scaling tech startup.
