Position- Sr. Developer/ Lead DeveloperFunction- DeliverySkills- Core Java, JSP, Servlets, AWT, SwingExperience yrsROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES• Design, develop, test, and deploy Java-based applications using Core Java, JSP, and Servlets.• Build and maintain desktop-based GUIs using AWT and Swing frameworks.• Implement reusable, testable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices.• Participate in software design discussions, requirement analysis, and architecture reviews.• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA and Product Management.• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and debugging.• Maintain detailed technical documentation for all developed modules.MUST HAVE SKILLS• Strong proficiency in Core Java.• Hands-on experience with JSP and Servlets.• Expertise in AWT and Swing for desktop application development.• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and Design Patterns.• Experience with multi-threading, collections framework, and exception handling.• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript for JSP-based front-end integration.• Experience with version control tools(Git/SVN).NICE TO HAVE SKILLS• Exposure to Spring / Hibernate frameworks.• Experience working in JDBC.• Experience with RESTful Web Services or SOAP.• Knowledge of application servers (Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic).• Familiarity with SQL /relational databases(Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).• Experience with build tools like Maven or Gradle.• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
