Job Title: Generative AI EngineerAs a Generative AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-level Gen AI solutions. This includes creating RAG pipelines, agent workflows, and multimodal AI systems.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop Gen AI solutions using cutting-edge technologies.Implement and optimize RAG architectures, vector search, retrieval workflows, query rewriting, and prompt tuning.Build Agentic AI applications using frameworks such as LangGraph or similar agent orchestration frameworks.Integrate, fine-tune, and evaluate open-source LLMs (Llama, GPT-OSS, etc.) and multimodal models for real-world use cases.Measure, refine, and enhance Gen AI solution performance using evaluation frameworks and model metrics.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:6+ years of experience in AI/ML solution development with at least one production-grade Gen AI use case.Strong practical experience in RAG-based or Agentic AI implementations for global clients.Hands-on expertise with open-source LLMs and multimodal models.Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph or similar.Strong understanding of Gen AI evaluation, refinement, and benchmarking.Preferred SkillsThe following skills are highly desirable:Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML projects.Knowledge of RAG methodologies, query transformation techniques, prompt optimization strategies.This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Generative AI Engineer to join our team.
