Job Title: Lead QA Test Automation Engineer SDETWe are seeking a seasoned expert in test automation to lead our team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing automated tests, creating test cases, and performing manual testing as needed.This is a full-time remote role that requires 8+ years of experience in test automation engineering. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interact with customers.The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with development teams to ensure software quality and addressing any issues identified during testing. They will also design and implement quality assurance processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute automated tests using frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, webdriverIO, or Appium.Create test cases and perform manual testing as needed.Collaborate with development teams to ensure software quality.Design and implement quality assurance processes.Contribute to continuous improvement efforts.Requirements:8+ years of experience in test automation engineering.Strong background in software development.Excellent communication skills.Ability to interact with customers.Proficient in coding and able to learn new frameworks.Experience with tools such as POSTMAN, API Testing, Mobile Application Testing, and Reporting Tools.Knowledge of APM platforms such as Datadog, Dynatrace, ELK.Qualifications:Skills in automation Quality Assurance, Manual Testing, and creating Test Cases.Ability to build testing automation framework from scratch and integration with CI/CD pipeline.Proficiency in Software Testing and understanding of Software Development principles.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Experience with eCommerce and CRM in an enterprise setting.
