About the Role As a Business Finance & Strategy Associate, you will operate at the intersection of finance, data, and strategy, working closely with leadership to drive decision-making across business units. The role demands strong comfort with data analytics and financial modeling, turning large, raw data sets into business insights and growth levers. You'll build the analytical backbone that informs Ultrahuman's pricing, profitability, and capital allocation strategies. This role functions as Ultrahuman's in-house investment banking and strategic finance arm - owning financial modeling, forecasting, and performance insights that shape growth and capital allocation decisions. It's ideal for someone with a consulting or investment banking background who thrives on combining analytical depth with execution ownership. Key Responsibilities - Partner with leadership and business heads to drive data-backed strategic decisions. - Build detailed financial models, forecasts, and multi-scenario projections across channels and products. - Work extensively with raw business data (Shopify, marketing, channel dashboards, etc.) to build models, automate reports, and derive actionable insights. - Develop unit economics, channel P&Ls, and profitability frameworks. - Conduct cohort, funnel, and LTV-CAC analyses to evaluate growth efficiency and ROI. - Translate large, cross-functional data sets into financial narratives, business KPIs, and decision frameworks for leadership. - Drive pricing strategy, demand planning, and margin optimization initiatives. - Support fundraising, investor updates, and board materials through narrative-driven financial decks. - Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, product, operations, and supply chain) to align execution with financial outcomes. - Lead ad-hoc strategic projects such as market expansion, capital allocation, and operational excellence. - Create and automate dashboards and performance trackers for real-time insights. What We're Looking For - 2-4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, or Business Finance at a high-growth startup. - Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, valuation, and scenario analysis. - Highly data-fluent - comfortable working with large data sets, manipulating models in Excel/Sheets - Excellent command over Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides. - Exceptional storytelling and deck-building skills for investor and leadership communication. - Strong analytical judgment, problem-solving, and execution ownership. - Excellent stakeholder management across leadership and cross-functional teams. - Comfortable in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments with dynamic priorities.
