Solana Blockchain Engineer at GoQuant Technologies Inc.Job Title: Solana Blockchain Engineer - Smart Contracts & Settlement InfrastructureMain Responsibilities:Smart Contract Development (60%):Design and implement Solana programs using Rust and Anchor framework to build perpetual futures contracts with dynamic funding rates and develop position management systems supporting up to 1000x leverage with robust liquidation mechanics.Create ephemeral wallet authority system with on-chain permission management, implementing collateral vaults, margin calculations, and PnL tracking.Develop smart contract architecture with secure custody patterns, utilizing Merkle tree verification for trade batch integrity.Settlement Infrastructure (30%):Implement transaction batching and relayer services for efficient on-chain settlement and monitor failed settlements with automatic retry logic.Build program-controlled vaults and deploy them on Solana devnet/testnet/mainnet.Integrate with Pyth/Switchboard price oracles for mark price and funding rates.Integration & Testing (10%):Deploy comprehensive test suites (unit, integration, and on-chain testing) and maintain programs on Solana devnet/testnet/mainnet.Document smart contract architecture and settlement flows, ensuring performance optimization for high-frequency trading scenarios.Key Requirements:Familiarity with Rust programming language.Knowledge of the Anchor framework and its applications in blockchain development.Experience with smart contract development and deployment on the Solana network.Ability to design and implement position management systems with robust liquidation mechanics.Understanding of collateral vaults, margin calculations, and PnL tracking.Proficiency in Merkle tree verification and its use in trade batch integrity.Skills in developing program-controlled vaults and deploying them on the Solana network.Knowledge of price oracles and their integration with smart contracts.Ability to optimize performance for high-frequency trading scenarios.
