**Job OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Workato Automation Specialist to join our team.This is a unique opportunity for experienced automation engineers to work with cutting-edge technology and deliver innovative solutions that drive business growth.The ideal candidate should have a strong background in workflow automation, data manipulation, change management, and integration development across various enterprise applications.About the RoleThis position involves designing, developing, and deploying scalable automation solutions using Workato. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating multiple SaaS-based applications, including Salesforce, Workday, Slack, Google Workspace, and NetSuite.Main ResponsibilitiesAutomation Development & DeploymentDesign and develop scalable automation solutions using WorkatoImplement and manage Workato recipes, connectors, and APIsDevelop custom connectors where necessary to support integration needsData Management & IntegrationStreamline data workflows between Salesforce, Workday, Slack, Google Workspace, and NetSuitePerform data transformations, validations, and enrichments within Workato recipesManage error handling, retry mechanisms, and logging to ensure robust integrationsChange Management & GovernanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to manage deployment lifecycles and version controlFollow best practices for testing, release management, and documentation of integrationsEnsure compliance with security and governance policies in integration developmentTroubleshooting & OptimizationDiagnose and resolve integration issues efficiently to minimize downtimeOptimize recipes and workflows for better performance and reliabilityImplement monitoring, alerting, and performance tracking for Workato integrationsRequirements & QualificationsThe ideal candidate should have:4-6 years of experience in Workato automation developmentStrong expertise in API integrations, webhooks, and automation workflowsHands-on experience integrating with SaaS-based applications like Salesforce, Workday, Slack, Google Workspace, and NetSuiteProficiency in data transformation, JSON/XML processing, and scripting (JavaScript, Python, SQL, or Ruby)Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing integrations for performanceKnowledge of authentication methods (OAuth, API keys, SAML, etc.) and security best practicesUnderstanding of IT governance, change management, and DevOps principles in integration workflowsStrong problem-solving skills, communication, and ability to work independently or in a teamPreferred SkillsA Workato Automation Pro certification and prior experience in enterprise automation projects, ERP/CRM integrations, or workflow automation are desirable.We OfferThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of automation experts and contribute to the development of innovative automation solutions.
