Senior iOS Developer

We've got a talented team of skilled, friendly, and driven individuals spanning the globe (primarily based in Canada and India), now we're looking to add more world-class talent to our team.  We are looking for a Senior iOS Developer with deep expertise in building high-performance, scalable, and visually polished iOS applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong command over widely used third-party libraries, a passion for crafting custom UI components, and hands-on experience in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to streamline app delivery and testing.  Key Responsibilities  Design & Develop: Build and maintain advanced iOS applications with clean, modular, and efficient code using Swift. Architecture: Contribute to application architecture decisions MVVM, VIPER, or Clean Architecture ensuring scalability and modularity. UI/UX Development: Create custom UI components, animations, and transitions aligned with modern iOS design standards. Integrations: Work extensively with third-party SDKs and frameworks Alamofire, RxSwift/Combine, SnapKit, Firebase, Realm/Core Data, Kingfisher, SDWebImage, Lottie. Testing & Quality: Implement unit tests, UI tests, and integration tests using XCTest, Quick/Nimble to ensure app reliability CI/CD Pipelines: Set up, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Bitrise to automate builds, tests, and deployments. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and QA to deliver seamless user experiences. Performance Optimization: Identify and fix performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and UI glitches. Code Reviews: Conduct thorough code reviews, providing detailed feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to standards. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation. Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings when their technical expertise is directly relevant to the discussion, providing clear explanations and addressing client concerns related to their project area.  Must Have Skills  Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in iOS Development In-depth knowledge of Swift & Objective C  Deep experience with custom UI/UX design — including animations, transitions, and reusable components Strong command over UIKit, SwiftUI, AutoLayout, and Combine Proven experience integrating popular third-party libraries via CocoaPods, Swift Package Manager, Carthage Expert knowledge of iOS SDK, Push Notifications, Local Database, Location-based services, background interactions and concurrency Hands-on experience with Bitrise and Jenkins for automated testing and deployment. Familiarity with analytics, A/B testing, and crash reporting tools Firebase, Crashlytics, Amplitude. Understanding of mobile app security, encryption, and data protection best practices. Experience with Offline Storage, Threading, and Performance Tuning Expertise on iOS appstore deployment and Appstore-related issues. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Strong grasp of test-driven development (TDD) and continuous integration principles. Previous experience in a consulting or client-facing role. Torinit’s Ethos  Our guiding principles are the cornerstone of our success, shaping a dynamic environment where innovation, quality, and continuous growth are not just valued; they're celebrated.
