Job TitleSourcing Technology Services ExpertiseKey Responsibilities:Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.Conduct spend and contract analysis to identify opportunities for sourcing and cost reduction.Formulate category-specific cost/license/service models to meet business needs.Lead IT sourcing projects from end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and high service quality.Requirements:University degree in economics or supply management, or equivalent industry experience.Additional sourcing/procurement certification is an advantage.Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.Experience:A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in strategic sourcing, preferably in an international environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision-making and resolve conflicts effectively.Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.Proven experience in sourcing and contracting, particularly in IT infrastructure products and services.Deep understanding of license models, service models, and IT applications.Ability to negotiate and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.Professional project management experience is highly valued.Cross-category sourcing expertise is an added advantage.
