This role involves conceptualizing, designing, and executing visually compelling content across social media platforms, while aligning with ongoing marketing campaigns and brand aesthetics.Job Title: Graphic Designer & Content Creator / Office ExecutiveQualificationsProven skills in Graphic Design, Logo Design, and Visual StorytellingStrong foundation in Branding, Typography, and Content CreationProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects (Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, and AI-based design tools is a plus)Strong video editing skills, including motion graphics, storytelling-based editing, and transitions (Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software is a strong advantage)Excellent understanding of Instagram aesthetics, Reels, trends, and engagement strategiesAbility to shoot and edit high-quality video/photo content using an iPhone or equivalent smartphoneA portfolio showcasing creative, trend-aligned content across digital platformsExcellent time management, organization, and the ability to multitask across teamsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related fieldKey Responsibilities🎨 Graphic Design & Visual BrandingDesign engaging and on-brand social media creatives — including posts, Reels, Stories, ads, carousels, and moreEdit and repurpose content from photoshoots and UGC, maintaining brand consistencyDevelop compelling visuals for digital and occasional print materialsIndependently create AI-assisted and trend-based content for social platforms🎥 Content Creation & Video ProductionAct as a Content Creator by planning, shooting, and editing 6–8 high-performing UGC-style videos monthly using a smartphoneCapture organic, candid, and visually appealing content aligned with the content calendarEdit short-form video content including Reels, motion graphics, transitions, and story-based formatsUse tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, or After Effects to produce polished visual content📅 Content Strategy & Calendar ExecutionTake ownership of creating visual content in line with the monthly content calendar, reflecting themes, trends, and product launchesIndependently interpret content strategy into compelling visual deliverables📊 Cross-Platform Adaptation & OptimizationAdapt content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms for optimized engagementMake quick edits and performance-based revisions based on feedback and analyticsStay updated with design trends, digital aesthetics, and social media updatesPreferred Experience1–3 years of experience in graphic design, content creation, or digital media (Experience in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry is preferred)Confident in producing social-first content that aligns with brand voice and platform standardsSelf-starter with strong creative vision, attention to detail, and understanding of brand identityAbility to work independently and manage multiple design/content projects efficiently
