Job Role:We are seeking a highly skilled professional to take on the responsibility of ensuring our organisation's data protection compliance.This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in data governance, with a focus on overseeing data flows across digital platforms, healthcare systems, e-commerce, CRM, and operational applications.Main Responsibilities:Ensure full compliance with data-privacy policies and regulations.Conduct regular privacy risk assessments and data audits.Develop and maintain records of processing activities.Oversee consent management and data subject rights.Collaborate with various departments to ensure privacy-by-design principles are implemented.Manage vendor privacy compliance and negotiate data processing agreements.Lead training initiatives for employees and partners on data protection best practices.Requirements:7-15 years of experience in data privacy, compliance, or IT governance.Strong understanding of data-governance frameworks and regulations.Experience working with digital, healthcare, CRM, or e-commerce platforms is preferred.Certifications such as CIPP/E or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer are an asset.Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to coordinate across functions.
