Key Responsibilities:
- Instagram Content Creation: Develop visually appealing and creative content (images, videos, reels, stories) that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.
- LinkedIn Content Creation: Create professional, engaging posts, articles, and updates to build the company’s brand and establish a strong presence on LinkedIn.
- Social Media Profile Hygiene: Ensure all social media profiles are regularly updated, aligned with brand guidelines, and optimized for performance. This includes maintaining consistency in messaging, imagery, and brand voice.
- Increase Followers and Engagement: Execute strategies to grow followers and increase engagement across all social media pages. Monitor analytics to track performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve growth targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media content creation (especially Instagram and LinkedIn).- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.- Proficiency in social media tools and platforms.- Creative mindset with attention to detail.- Ability to track and report progress regularly.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.- Understanding of the latest trends in social media and digital marketing.
