Lead Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads for Dynamics 365 consulting services
Develop and implement targeted outreach strategies
Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, and social media engagement
Schedule and conduct product demos and presentations
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
Negotiate and close sales deals
Collaborate with marketing to create effective sales materials
Track sales activities and update CRM regularly
Provide feedback on market trends and client needs
Attend industry events and networking opportunities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT or software consulting
Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools
Self-motivated and target-driven
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with the US and European markets is a plus
