Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Tech Lead- Data Platform to spearhead the development of our data platforms and backend services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecting large-scale distributed systems, ensuring they are highly available, cost-efficient, secure, and extensible.The successful Tech Lead will establish a platform vision and evolve foundational frameworks with multi-tenant, self-serve, and platform-first thinking. They will design for scale and resilience, enforcing principles of clean architecture, observability, fault-tolerance, extensibility, and performance.This role requires a hands-on leader who can lead end-to-end initiatives from problem definition to production rollout, balancing business impact with long-term technical sustainability.
