The ideal candidate will have expertise in both traditional on-premises Active Directory and Azure Entra ID, with a strong focus on identity lifecycle management, security, and hybrid integration.Key Responsibilities:Active Directory (On-Prem):Manage and maintain Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) including domain controllers, FSMO roles, and replication.Create and manage GPOs, OU structures, user/computer accounts, and permissions (ACLs/NTFS).Monitor domain health and troubleshoot AD replication, DNS, LDAP, and Kerberos issues.Perform regular backups, disaster recovery planning, and audit log reviews.Ensure AD security hardening and compliance with IT policies.Azure Entra ID (Azure AD):Administer Azure Entra ID including users, groups, roles, and hybrid identity synchronization.Configure and manage Azure AD Connect, SSO, Pass-through Authentication, and Seamless SSO.Support Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR).Implement and manage Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and Identity Protection.Integrate enterprise applications with Entra ID using SAML, OIDC, or OAuth.Manage B2B/B2C identity configurations
