Credit Portfolio Analyst

The Credit Portfolio Analyst II is an intermediate-level position responsible for conducting credit reviews, credit approval and monitoring the portfolio to identify credit migration in coordination with the Risk Management team. The overall objective of this role is to manage Citi's portfolio exposure to clients and counterparties globally.Responsibilities:Resolve issues and recommend solutions to moderate problemsIntegrate specialty area knowledge with an understanding of industry standards and practices and how teams collaborate to accomplish goals of the sub-function/ job familyServe as an industry expert and advisorRisk MIS Reporting for Retail BankAutomation of existing and new processesHas the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:3-6 years of relevant experienceSAS and Python Programming experience requiredConsistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communicationTableau experience is preferredEducation:Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experienceMaster's degree preferred Job Family Group: Risk Management Job Family:Portfolio Credit Risk Management Time Type:Full time Most Relevant Skills Analytical Thinking, Constructive Debate, Escalation Management, Industry Knowledge, Policy and Procedure, Policy and Regulation, Process Execution, Product Knowledge, Risk Controls and Monitors, Risk Identification and Assessment.
