The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong business acumen and a proven ability to translate consumer insights into compelling brand strategies. With 5–8 years of hands-on experience in brand marketing, brand building, and brand management, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening brand equity, driving awareness, and ensuring consistent brand expression across all touchpoints.RequirementsKey Responsibilities1. Brand Strategy & Positioning Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with business objectives and market opportunities. Define and refine brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks to ensure differentiation and market relevance. Lead annual and quarterly brand planning cycles, including goal setting, KPI development, and performance analysis. 2. Brand Development & Building Drive end-to-end brand development initiatives, from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with consumer needs and market trends. Oversee the creation of brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity assets to maintain consistency across channels. Identify and manage brand expansion opportunities, including new product development, innovations, and category extensions. 3. Brand Marketing & Awareness Lead integrated brand marketing campaigns across digital, social, offline, and experiential channels to enhance brand awareness and consumer engagement. Work closely with performance marketing, content, and creative teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and seamless execution. Analyze campaign performance, consumer behavior, and market data to optimize brand marketing effectiveness. 4. Branded Content & Communication Develop impactful branded content strategies that resonate with target audiences, strengthen brand identity, and enhance recall. Manage content production including video, digital assets, social content, and brand stories in partnership with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure all communication adheres to brand guidelines and amplifies brand equity. 5. Brand Activation & Consumer Engagement Plan and execute high-impact brand activation initiatives across retail, experiential events, partnerships, and digital platforms. Collaborate with sales, trade marketing, and product teams to create meaningful brand experiences that increase consumer loyalty. Explore innovative activation formats that drive visibility and differentiation. 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Partner with product, creative, PR, digital, and customer insights teams to translate brand goals into tangible outcomes. Coordinate with external agencies including creative, media, research, and production partners to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget. Manage budgets, timelines, and performance metrics to ensure strong ROI and brand impact. Qualifications & Experience 5–8 years of progressive experience in brand management, brand marketing, or related fields within consumer-focused industries. Strong understanding of consumer insights, marketing funnels, and brand equity measurement frameworks. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication, storytelling, and analytical skills. Proficiency in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management tools is an advantage.
