Java Backend Developer – 2 OpeningsWe are looking for professionals with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a solid background in Java or any formal programming language. Our primary need is for Java developers who can understand complex problems, analyze requirements, and design effective solutions.Must-Have Skills:· Backend Development:· Strong proficiency in Java· Exposure to J2EE architecture (JSP, Servlets) is a plus· Data Persistence:· Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL· Code Quality & Performance:· Ability to write production-ready, efficient, and maintainable code· Strong understanding of design principles and memory constraints· Soft Skills:· Strong interpersonal and communication skills· Ability to work in collaborative and agile environmentsGood-to-Have Skills:· Code Quality: Unit testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG)· Authentication & Identity Management: Experience with SAML, OAuth· Containers & Web Servers: Apache Tomcat, Nginx· Caching: Hazelcast or similar caching technologies· Tooling: Experience with JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation· Software Design & Architecture:· Exposure to design patterns and best practices· Experience working on large codebasesPlease share your resume to
