Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Gen AI Engineer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in building and deploying production-grade AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-level Gen AI solutions, including RAG pipelines, agent workflows, and multimodal AI systems.Implement and optimize RAG architectures, vector search, retrieval workflows, query rewriting, and prompt tuning.Build Agentic AI applications using frameworks such as LangGraph or similar agent orchestration frameworks.Integrate, fine-tune, and evaluate open-source LLMs (Llama, GPT-OSS, etc.) and multimodal models for real-world use cases.Measure, refine, and enhance Gen AI solution performance using evaluation frameworks and model metrics.Troubleshoot and debug complex ML and Gen AI workflows with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Collaborate:With cross-functional engineering teams for integration, deployment, and solution scalability.The successful candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in AI/ML solution development with a production-grade Gen AI use case.
