Unlocking Key InsightsA leading brand seeks a highly skilled bilingual (English and Hindi) Social Insight Analyst.This role involves collaborating with the wider insights team to unearth valuable insights and provide actionable recommendations to key stakeholders.The responsibilities include:Converting internal briefs into analytical projects that drive business growth.Utilizing in-house tools for analysis, extracting valuable data, and presenting it effectively.Providing qualitative and quantitative analysis and insight to inform brand and marketing strategy, thereby driving business success.Developing and testing queries on in-house tools, creating well-crafted visualisations primarily in PowerPoint, and presenting them in a clear and concise manner.The ideal candidate will possess:Proficient English and Hindi communication skills.Experience working in digital insights, specifically in social listening, and strong expertise in extracting meaningful insights from large datasets.Familiarity with various tools, including Google Analytics and Brandwatch, and ability to leverage these tools to drive business outcomes.
