Job OpportunityA seasoned Oracle professional is sought to administer, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud applications ensuring optimal system performance, security, and stability while collaborating with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions to ensure compliance.Utilize Oracle tools to monitor application health, system performance, and availability.Develop and implement quarterly updates, patches, and new releases to enhance application functionality.Analyze and resolve application issues to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.Maintain production configurations, security settings, and reference data to guarantee accuracy and reliability.Manage data imports/exports, data validation, and data protection tasks to maintain data integrity.Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, SCM, and other teams to address application needs and requirements.Generate reports and dashboards; experience with OTBI is a plus.Required Skills & Experience:Proven experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (HCM/ERP/SCM)Strong understanding of Fusion security, roles, privileges, and user provisioningKnowledge of quarterly patching cycles and Oracle maintenance processesAbility to troubleshoot functional and technical issuesFamiliarity with data import processes, HDL/FBDI (preferred)Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
