Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled IT professional to fill the role of VMware Horizon View Specialist. This position involves providing expert-level technical support for enterprise VDI environments, with a focus on Omnissa Horizon product suite and supporting technologies such as VMware/Microsoft.The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in hybrid cloud architectures, including AWS, Azure, and on-premises solutions. They should also possess good knowledge of diagnostics & troubleshooting of Omnissa Horizon versions, as well as understanding of ESXi, vSphere and cloud platforms.A successful candidate will have experience with Log Analysis and basic scripting skill sets to automate daily operations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable plans.This role requires hands-on deployment of Horizon infrastructure in large environments and experience in handling creating HLD, LLDs, and solution documents. Good knowledge of the Horizon Suite and troubleshooting user-level issues is also required.Key Responsibilities:Provide expert-level technical support for enterprise VDI environments using Omnissa Horizon product suite and supporting technologiesDevelop and implement hybrid cloud architectures, including AWS, Azure, and on-premises solutionsPerform diagnostics & troubleshooting of Omnissa Horizon versions and related technologiesAutomate daily operations using Log Analysis and basic scripting skill setsCollaborate with stakeholders to translate technical requirements into actionable plansDeploy Horizon infrastructure in large environments and create HLD, LLDs, and solution documentsRequirements:8+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure4+ years of proven experience with VMware Enterprise Products, EUC HorizonCertification preferred: VMware VCAP/VCIX (Desktop & Mobility), AWS/Azure Architect, Omnissa HorizonBenefits:100% Fluency in EnglishGood verbal and written communicationA team player who works with senior team members, conducts technical sessions, mentors L1 team membersAchieve the highest level of customer satisfactionAn interface with customers and third-party OEMs and HW vendors is expected, raising calls with Microsoft, VMware, and other vendorsSelf-motivated and results-orientedAvailable to work US and UK shifts based on organizational needs and be available for rotational night shifts on call
